eCheck Payments To pay by eCheck, login with your email address and password and click Make a Payment. eChecks are self-initiated debits from your checking account. You can choose to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. eCheck payments will be assessed a $1.99 service fee for each transaction. One-time eCheck payments will post to your association account the same day you submit the payment. Recurring eCheck payments will post on the dates you specify in your setup. Credit Card Payments To pay by Credit card, login with your email address and password and click Make a Payment. Credit Card payments are self-initiated charges to your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express accounts. You can choose to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. There is a separate service fee of 3.25% of each payment amount. One-time credit card payments will post to your association account the same day you submit the payment. Recurring credit card payments will post on the dates you specify in your setup.
Board Invoice Approval Authorized board members have the ability to approve invoices online. If you have not registered for a login, please click the Register button and complete the registration form. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a Welcome email with a password. Please login with your email and password and click the Board Invoice Approval menu item to approve your association’s invoices.
